A Donation with Lasting Impact

The fundraising team at KORI are so happy and grateful to receive a donation from the LandAid Trust.  A Massive thank you to all of those at LandAid and the internal team at KORI for making it happen.

The 20 Laptops we received will go towards creating a laptop library that all participants and some of their family members will have access to.  We want them to have access to this library to address the digital divide by providing them with resources and equipment that can be used to impact their daily lives as much as possible, enabling them to do things like, complete job applications, apply for further education, conduct research and access online information.  The intention is for us to maximise the capability that our young people and community have at their disposal.
The relationship with LandAid offering some pro bono work.  I am pleased to say it has evolved into a meaningful partnership a group of corporate organisations have partnered with a charity to address some core issues in our community.  I hope that the relationship will grow stronger and we can work more closely to address some of the big problems that our community is facing.
