Demi Nurse has stepped down as Chair!

He walked into our former base in Turnpike Lane during the time that KORI ran the Mayors Mentoring Programme in-house in 2013. From the beginning he presented a perfect mix of challenge and support pushing us to find new ways to improve the service.

Demi has informed and inspired so many staff and young people in eleven years of volunteering across many different roles, ushering in many new opportunities; shaping thinking and strengthening our board structure as Chair.

Most recently he supported the leadership during three years of succession planning which has been indispensable, providing the essential support and space needed for growth and reflection.

We are grateful that Demi is keen to remain a critical friend and Ambassador for KORI.

As Ambassador, Demi will continue to represent and champion KORI, offering trusted support to the leadership team and promoting the charity’s mission, values, and impact.
